Welcome! As the founder of The Midlife Feast Community, I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a registered dietitian, naturopathic doctor, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and author of Eat to Thrive During Menopause. Perimenopause came in like a wrecking ball at 37. I've spent the years since figuring out what actually helps, and building a community where I can share it with you.

Welcome, I'm so glad you found your way here. I'm a registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a deeply non-diet approach to food and body healing. I know what it's like to feel stuck in the cycle of rules and restriction, and I know what it feels like to get out of it. I'm here to help you do the same.
Meet Christine
Hi! I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Strength and Mobility Coach with a brain-based, non-diet approach to movement. I spent years believing exercise was something I had to earn or endure. Now I help women move in ways that feel genuinely good, in the bodies they have today. I'm the joyful movement coordinator here, and I can't wait to show you what that actually looks like.
